Policies 

Customer Cancellation Fees:
Written request received 14 days or more prior to start date = Full refund
Written request received 3-13 days prior to start date =80% refund
Written request received within 48 hrs of start time = 50% refund

No Refunds Once Classes Begin
​* Attendance in Orientation (Zoom or in person) class constitutes as an agreement into your membership and a refund request received after the start or access to Orientation class (Zoom or in person) will not be subject to a refund.     

Refunds or class credits are not issued for missed individual meetings of a class due to personal schedule conflicts or illness.

Full refunds when classes are cancelled by Al White's Dog 
Training LLC.

Vaccination Policy
 All students will sign a waiver stating that their dogs are up to date on all vaccinations and will be aware of any illnesses and injury that may prevent them from attending classes.
